In the early 1990’s, most major cities throughout the world had luxury apartment buildings with first class amenities, Buenos Aires had no luxury apartments.
RAGHSA was the first company in Argentina to both recognize the need for these types of luxury apartments, and act on the idea by developing a luxury residential tower, which at the time was the tallest in South America. The tradename Le Parc was created to help launch the new brand of luxury apartments.
It was the new urban country club living, a luxurious tower with 450 sqm residencies situated in the Palermo neighborhood, with wide, manicured gardens of over 8,000 sqm, a variety of services and remarkable panoramic views. These characteristics and amenities have been present in all the Le Parc buildings that followed.
