Le Parc Residential Tower

Le Parc Residencial Tower is an exclusive residential high-rise situated on a full city block of land. At the time of its construction, it was recognized as the tallest building in South America. It also marked the first time RAGHSA introduced the Le Parc brand, with the aim of defining a concept for premium residential living.
The tower is located in the Palermo neighborhood at 4550 Demaría Street, featuring 450 m² / 4,844 ft² residences with spectacular panoramic views of the Río de la Plata and the city of Buenos Aires. It offers expansive gardens and a wide array of services and amenities. These attributes would later become defining characteristics of the brand’s identity.
